About the Role
This assembly position involves the precise and efficient assembly of products and components within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The primary focus is on following detailed instructions, using hand tools and basic equipment to ensure each product meets quality standards. Success in this role requires reliability, attention to detail, and adherence to safety procedures while meeting daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to provided instructions and specifications
• Use hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment to complete assembly tasks effectively
• Inspect assembled products for quality, accuracy, and conformance to standards
• Follow production procedures and meet daily manufacturing targets
• Assist with general production and manufacturing duties as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety procedures and company guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable and punctual with the ability to work scheduled hours consistently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Capable of following safety procedures at all times

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience

Tools / Equipment / Systems

• Hand tools used for assembly
• Basic manufacturing equipment

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as needed
• Must be able to stand and perform physical activities related to assembly tasks
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE as required
