Office Environment: Fast-paced and collaborative, with regular communication between field teams and office staff. Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience. Position Overview: The Field Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting field teams by managing logistics, dispatch, and coordination of daily operations to ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily work schedules and dispatch field personnel
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to manage service expectations
• Track field activities, maintain accurate reports, and resolve any operational issues
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Support inventory management and equipment tracking

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or a coordination role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient with scheduling software and MS Office
• Ability to multitask and respond quickly in a dynamic environment
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
