Wills & Estates Lawyer

About the Role:

Working alongside an established and successful Estates team, you will advise and assist clients across a varied range of estate planning, deceased estate and contested estate matters. The role will provide the opportunity to work closely with experienced lawyers while developing your technical expertise, client relationships and professional profile across a broad Wills & Estates practice.

Your work will include drafting Wills, EPAs and EPGs, preparing non-contentious probate and administration applications and handling solemn form applications. You will also work on Family Provision Act claims, assist with SAT guardianship and administration disputes and administer deceased estates. The role will involve working directly with clients to understand their circumstances and provide practical legal assistance, while collaborating with colleagues to achieve strong outcomes for clients.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years PAE experience in Wills & Estates or a closely related practice area.
• Strong attention to detail and a professional approach to client matters.
• The ability to communicate confidently and build trusted client relationships.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to learn from experienced practitioners.
• A genuine interest in developing your technical and professional capabilities.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
