Experience in a high-volume emergency department with a comprehensive stroke center. Ability to work in all areas of the emergency department. Teamwork mentality and ability to provide real-time coaching and feedback. Description: The organization is committed to positive impact and dedicated to nursing excellence. This position is for an emergency department with a focus on teamwork and collaboration among staff. Expect to work in a high-volume environment with a patient care ratio of 4:1, which can increase to 7:1 for behavioral holds. There will be support from techs, unit clerks, and access to advanced monitoring equipment. Expectations include a flexible approach to floating in different areas of the emergency department as needed. Emphasis is placed on providing exceptional patient experience through respectful behavior and communication. This department serves a diverse community with over 120 languages spoken. Candidates should be prepared to meet the credentialing requirements listed in the certifications section.
