About the Position

Description: The position involves working in a fast-paced emergency department. The unit typically has a patient ratio of 4:1 for medical cases, and up to 7:1 on behavioral holds. Staffing includes technicians available to assist in various areas of patient care. Documentation is done using a specific electronic system. Scheduling requirements include working every other weekend. Candidates must be open to floating within all sections of the emergency department. Patient experience is prioritized through respectful behavior. Certification requirements must be completed prior to the start date. This department is recognized for its strong teamwork focus.
