As an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon within our organization’s healthcare team, you will leverage state-of-the-art technology to assess, diagnose, and treat Soldiers and their families. Your role may involve researching diseases pertinent to military service, engaging in medical education, leading medical units, implementing patient care initiatives, and executing health promotion programs. Collaborate with top professionals in the field and help advance the practice of oral & maxillofacial surgery.

• Annual repayment of qualified education loans to lending institutions, spread over a maximum of three years during your service.

• A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), or a combined DDS/DMD degree from a dental program accredited by the American Dental Association (ADA) in the United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or Canada.
• Completion of an ADA-accredited advanced specialty education program in oral & maxillofacial surgery, recognized by the Surgeon General.
• Ages between 21 and 42 (waivers may be requested).
• A valid license to practice dentistry.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
