Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold a current Virginia SLP license
• Possess CCC credentials or be a Clinical Fellow eligible for onsite work
• Demonstrated experience providing speech-language therapy in educational or youth settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, and staff
• Commitment to working exclusively onsite (remote candidates are not being considered at this time)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students with diverse needs
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and participate in the IEP process
• Maintain clear, accurate records in compliance with all school and state requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and support staff to ensure integrated care
• Provide guidance and education to families to promote positive outcomes beyond the classroom
• Adapt approaches to effectively serve students across elementary and secondary grade levels

This contract role is scheduled from August 17th, 2026, to June 12th, 2027, for 35 hours per week (7 hours daily) with consistent daytime hours aligned with the school calendar. You'll make a difference each day surrounded by a passionate team invested in student success.
