About the Job Title: Jr. Data Analyst Location: Hybrid (2 days/week onsite in Framingham, MA) Employment Type: Contract (8+ Months) Status: Accepting Candidates About the Role We are seeking a motivated Jr. Data Analyst to join a Consumer Insights & Analytics team supporting North American retail brands. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who enjoys working with data, creating reports and dashboards, and transforming data into meaningful business insights. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support consumer insights and analytics initiatives across the business. Produce and maintain recurring reports using multiple internal and external data sources. Assist with quarterly reporting activities, including data extraction, validation, and quality checks. Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and automate workflows. Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel and Power BI. Create clear, compelling visualizations to communicate business insights. Consolidate and analyze consumer and business data to support decision-making. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of reports and analytical deliverables. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related analytical field. 0–3 years of experience in a data analyst, reporting analyst, business analyst, or similar analytical role. *Candidates with more than 3–3.5 years of experience are not eligible.* Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, formulas, and reporting. Experience with Power BI is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in retail, consumer insights, market research, or business analytics. Familiarity with dashboard development and data visualization best practices. Experience working with multiple data sources and automated reporting.
