Director of Nursing (DON) - Long-Term Care FacilityWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department in delivering high-quality care to our residents. As a strong clinical leader with a passion for long-term care, regulatory compliance, and team development, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and mentoring nursing staff.DON Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the nursing departmentEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulationsLead, mentor, and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)Develop and implement policies and proceduresMonitor quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) programsCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent resident careManage staffing, scheduling, and budget oversightParticipate in surveys and ensure readiness at all timesDON Qualifications:Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in TNMinimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience, in LTC/SNFStrong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey processExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsWhy Join Us?We are committed to providing compassionate, resident-centered care in a supportive and team-oriented environment.
