Bakery Team Member (FOH & BOH Positions)

Job Description

Bakery Team Member (FOH & BOH Positions) | Temp to Hire | Various Shifts | $14-15/hour to start | Warrington, PA

Local bakery seeking dependable and friendly team members for several Front of House and Back of House positions. We currently have openings for Front Counter Associates, Order Packers/Front Counter Team Members, Cake Decorators, and a Baking Team Member.

Current Openings:

1 Front Counter Associate – Daytime, Monday-Friday
3 Order Packer/Front Counter Team Members – Evening/weekend availability
2 Cake Decorators – Evening/weekend availability
1 Baking Team Member – Various shifts

A day in the life of a Bakery Team Member may include:

Greet customers warmly and assist with their bakery selections.
Handle transactions at the register and provide excellent customer service.
Pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare, decorate, and package bakery products according to company standards.
Assist with baking and food preparation as needed.
Keep work areas, counters, equipment, and the bakery clean and organized.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
Communicate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient bakery operation.

Requirements of a Bakery Team Member:

Schedule Requirements: Availability will vary by position. Please see the specific openings listed above.
Customer service, bakery, food service, baking, or cake decorating experience is preferred but not required for all positions.
Reliable and dependable with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail, especially when packing and preparing customer orders.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced bakery environment.
