About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Talent Acquisition to take on a pivotal role in developing and executing a global talent acquisition strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the candidate lifecycle, from elevating employer branding to leading a high-performing talent acquisition team. This role requires a strategic partner who can align recruiting strategies with business goals, champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, and utilize data to drive continuous improvement. The VP will also be involved in international hiring, including relocation and visa processes, and must have a deep understanding of employment laws and recruiting compliance. Applicants for the VP of Talent Acquisition role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. A background in apparel, fashion, retail, or a related industry is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling recruitment teams, possess executive-level presence, and have strong communication and influencing skills. A passion for culture, trends, and innovation within lifestyle, fashion, or consumer industries is essential. The role demands a leader who can work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is dedicated to driving excellence across global markets.
