Field Service Manager

Trillium has an immediate opening for a Field Service Manager in Columbus, OH! This direct-hire opportunity is seeking an individual with an industrial or manufacturing background. The Field Service Manager is responsible for the development of the field service personnel, including scheduling technician assignments and supervising work orders. The Field Service Manager will provide technical and engineering support to the field service technicians for all installations, start-ups, troubleshooting, and maintenance. They will also be responsible for assisting with service quotations, overseeing the service training program, and maintaining the parts department inventory. 70% of work will be on-site in the Columbus office, and 30% local travel to oversee the field service technicians at customer sites. Salary range is $80-100,000 plus $8,000 annual bonus opportunity.
