About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff with a background in estate management and staff oversight. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with and supervising a personal assistant, household staff, and various contractors and vendors across multiple properties. This role demands a positive, solutions-oriented individual who is comfortable in a catch-all position and excels in a collaborative environment. The Chief of Staff will be the key point of contact for the client, ensuring the smooth operation of the estate and the well-being of the staff. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should be people-savvy, tech-proficient, and possess strong leadership skills. A low-drama, high-efficiency mentality is essential for this role. The Chief of Staff will be expected to be available for light seasonal travel and to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the client's needs.
