You will work directly with Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Operational Transformation & Affordability Senior Managers and play a critical role in shaping the success of our departments as we continue to grow rapidly. The ideal candidate possesses proven leadership experience, a deep understanding of departmental operations, and the ability to influence and support others through recruitment, coaching, development, and disciplined performance management. As the Engineering Associate Manager, you will be responsible for driving team culture, providing tools for other leaders to be successful, and ensuring we have the right people and resources to deliver on our goals.
