You’ll be responsible for crafting content, managing post performance, engaging with our audience, and turning data into actionable insights — all while bringing culture and purpose to life and showcasing what makes Colossal’s brands unique and impactful. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our brand's goals. Create, schedule, and publish original content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn). Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with followers. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Stay up to date with social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity. Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Design, Ads) for brand-aligned content. Manage social media partnerships and influencer collaborations. Our ideal candidate is equal parts storyteller, strategist, and community builder.
