Source and recruit engineering and scientific talent through cold calling, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. Conduct candidate interviews to assess technical qualifications and cultural fit. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage the offer process. Partner with account managers to understand client hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies. Maintain candidate records in ATS/CRM systems and track recruiting activity. Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation, and hiring trends. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $48.08/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
