The Revenue Specialist will play an important role in supporting financial operations, account reconciliation, reporting, and administrative processes within the distribution center. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure accuracy, organization, and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Post and allocate incoming customer payments
• Process daily deposits and reconcile payment activity
• Research and resolve customer account discrepancies
• Support account reconciliations and revenue-related reporting
• Retrieve invoices, payment documentation, and supporting records
• Create and maintain Excel reports
• Assist with document management, scanning, filing, and recordkeeping
• Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial information

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of office, administrative, accounting support, billing, or related experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team player who can also work independently
