Our client is a top ranked GC with 7 offices across the United States including an established office in Atlanta. They focus in large scale Class A office interior renovations in the $5M - $30M range for high profile clientele. They are consistently ranked as a top place to work in Atlanta and have a strong culture with merit based promotion systems.
Job Description
- Manage all aspects of Class A office construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop and oversee project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Resolve project challenges and implement solutions promptly.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
- Experience with Class A office construction projects.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and building codes.
- Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills to address project challenges efficiently.
