Client is a builder developer in the Atlanta market that operates as a general contractor servicing client in the interiors, retail, and higher-ed space.

Job Description

Prepare detailed cost estimates for Class A office construction projects.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine accurate cost projections.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information.
Evaluate and select suppliers and subcontractors based on cost-effectiveness and quality.
Monitor and update project budgets throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all estimates.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

Strong knowledge of construction processes and Class A office projects.
Proficiency in cost estimation tools and software.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
