JY Carriers LLC is looking for an experienced and organized Fleet Manager to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA . If you have experience managing trucks, drivers, maintenance, and fleet operations, we'd love to hear from you. What We Offer

- Manage day-to-day fleet operations.
- Supervise CDL drivers and maintain communication.
- Coordinate truck maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor ELDs, GPS, and vehicle performance.
- Ensure compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations.
- Schedule preventive maintenance and inspections.
- Work closely with dispatch to maximize fleet efficiency.
- Maintain fleet records, permits, and documentation.
- Resolve operational and driver-related issues promptly.
- Valid CDL Class A License is required
- 2+ years of fleet management, dispatch, or trucking operations experience preferred.
- Knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Samsara or other fleet management software is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
