Senior Principal Scientist, Real-World Analytics (Hybrid)

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking outstanding scientists and leaders to join the Real‑World Evidence & Advanced Analytics team in Cambridge, MA. You will lead a portfolio of RWE projects, develop tools to accelerate delivery, and guide end‑to‑end studies from conception to interpretation.
The role requires a PhD in epidemiology or biostatistics and expert coding in R, Python, or SAS, with 5+ years of relevant experience in biopharma, RWE consulting, or healthcare.
