Job Title

Kinetic Strategies is an integrated digital and creative agency helping campaigns and causes run the most efficient and effective online campaigns possible. Since our founding in 2022, our team has brought a wealth of experience to the table, from campaign management to leading digital programs that bring in record-breaking sums. Our distributed team is proud to serve candidates and electeds across federal, state, and local levels of government. We also support purpose-driven organizations. In total, since our founding, we've supported well over 100 clients and are currently working with several dozen clients.

We've scaled our operations by being an engaged, responsive, creative, and data-informed practice. We are a full-service digital and strategy firm supporting our clients across our three functions of services: online fundraising, media buying and strategy, and product & creative.

Requirements

• You have 2+ years of digital and campaign experience
• You have a deep understanding of political technology tools, like NGP and Switchboard, and are able to scale programs with ease
• You are a data person and are comfortable targeting emails or texts and are ruthlessly driven by data to make strategic and tactical decisions
• You are very comfortable and willing to get your hands dirty with managing text rentals, content drafting, and production for online fundraising needs for clients
• You ideally have experience being client-facing. You know how to confidently navigate client calls that can at times be difficult or stressful, and can easily adapt based on changing priorities
• You have a fastidious attention to detail. You sweat the small stuff and can easily gut-check deliverables for accuracy, errors, and/or typos
• You are creative. You can whip up a compelling copy for an email or texting campaign, suggest a graphic or video for a client, and try new, innovative techniques to drive online fundraising and engagement
• You are a people person and can manage projects, people, and clients with exceptional service for our clients at the center of everything
• You are a team player who is curious, motivated, and willing to lend a helping hand where needed at a fast-growing boutique consultancy. Nothing is beneath you.

Compensation, Benefits, & Process

This is a full-time, remote opportunity. The role has a base salary of between $70,000 and $75,000, commensurate with experience.
