Senior Brand Strategist

Because it's everyone's role to make health more human.About The Role: The Senior Brand Strategist supports the development and execution of strategic initiatives for our life science industry clients. You will help deliver high-quality work and contribute to the growth of department capabilities, skills, and processes. You will work with senior team members to understand marketplace needs and adapt to changing client and industry requirements.This is a remote opportunity reporting to a Vice President, Brand Strategy lead. You will support the strategic product's excellence and learning from more experienced team members. You'll help develop strategic solutions that address client business problems and contribute to our agency's creative excellence. You will learn to manage client relationships, support presentations, and collaborate across different working styles and perspectives. You Will: Assist in research and analysis to inform new approaches, ideas, and services Support senior team members in deck development and developing strategic point-of-views on client challenges and marketplace dynamics Help maintain brand and communications direction for assigned accounts under the guidance of the Vice President, Brand Strategy Contribute to the creation of brand strategies and brand briefs and help build them across multiple campaigns/activities Support the framing of strategic thinking by researching business problems and analyzing the roles of brand, communication, and channels to solve for them Help support and champion critical brand “reasons-to-believe” across communications Identify potential opportunities for account growth and share insights with senior team members Build relationships with internal team members across diverse departments (Creative, Account, Omnichannel) Help suggest and track success metrics for campaign projects Participate in skill development opportunities and seek mentorship from senior team members You Will Bring: 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, or communications Interest in pharmaceutical marketing and communications Understanding marketing strategies and multi-platform ecosystems Excellent research and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment An ability to stay up to date with industry trends and adapt to new challenges Inizio Evoke provides an exciting and flexible work environment, great compensation packages and outstanding company paid benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), tuition reimbursement and flexible time off.We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
