Registered Nurse - Specialty

Schedule:
Days, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week

Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse license
- Relevant certifications as required by specialty or unit
- Preferred experience in a relevant healthcare setting

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage patient care based on individual needs and medical plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care for diverse populations across all age groups.
- Implement and evaluate nursing care interventions based on the nursing process.
- Educate patients and their families regarding care plans, discharge planning, and health maintenance.
- Delegate appropriate tasks to nursing staff while ensuring compliance with scope of practice and clinical competencies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and outcomes.
