About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience required. Experience in scrubbing and circulating general OR cases is necessary. License: SC or Multi-state RN license required. Certifications: BLS certification required. Must-Have: Experience in circulating and scrubbing general OR cases such as plastics and colorectal surgeries is highly preferred. Description: This position is for a general OR RN. The nurse will work three 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM. On-call shifts are required, with approximately 5-8 calls per month, including weekends. Holiday on-call may also be required. Candidates must have experience scrubbing and circulating general OR cases. Experience with specific cases, including plastics, colorectal, urology, and surgical oncology is highly preferred. Travelers should be aware that they may be assigned to emergency response teams during the hurricane season, which runs from June through November.
