Currently, we have a Customer Service Specialist opportunity with a well-established national real estate services firm specializing in default servicing, including foreclosures, bankruptcies, evictions, and title solutions. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for below specific duties:

• Answering incoming calls from borrowers regarding their defaulted mortgages.
• Returning voicemails.
• Requesting reinstatement and payoff quotes for delinquent loans.
• Calculating reinstatement and payoff amounts.
• Preparing letters with calculations for reinstatement and payoff.
• Documenting in the case management system.
• Working across multiple client websites as a form of communication with clients.
• Providing exceptional customer service and responding in a timely manner to resolve issues.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• Above-average typing and computer skills; ability to work across multiple client software systems.
• Prior foreclosure experience required.
• Knowledge of mortgage documents, loan documents, appraisals, etc.
• Call center experience required.
• Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to work with Excel spreadsheets.
• General office experience (copying, filing, answering phones).
• Strong verbal and written professional communication skills.

Pay Rate Range: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
