Client Account SpecialistJoin MoFo as a Client Account Specialist on our Financial Operations team!This role can be based in San Francisco or Los Angeles.It's an exciting time to join our Global Client Accounts team as a Client Account Specialist! In this role, you will work closely with our attorneys and their clients on matters related to billing, e-billing, and collections.Responsibilities include:Producing timely and accurate bills for clients, including e-bills, and performing specific billing and e-billing tasks and projects.Managing quality control, deadlines, timely reporting on billing status, and thoroughly analyzing special billing arrangements.Acting as a resource for internal clients and colleagues, troubleshooting procedural issues, and assisting the systems team with upgrades and testing.May directly support assigned billing attorneys in the full cycle of account management, including account set up, billing and collection arrangements, and inventory management.Qualifications include:Minimum of two years in law firm or professional services billing. Large law firm experience preferred.Strong financial systems skills.
