About the RoleMichael Bonsby HVAC, Plumbing & Electric is seeking a skilled Plumber to join our growing team in Woodbridge, VA. In this full-time role, you’ll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems supporting residential water distribution and wastewater disposal. You’ll report directly to our Service Manager and serve as a trusted representative of our company in the community.What You’ll DoDiagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues in residential homesPerform thorough plumbing inspections and maintenance servicesComplete repairs, replacements, and new installations as neededCommunicate clearly and professionally with homeowners to explain findings and recommend solutionsHelp customers make informed decisions to maintain and protect their plumbing systemsWhat We’re Looking ForAt least 2 years of hands-on plumbing experience, ideally in residential service workValid driver’s license with insurable driving recordComfortable using tablets, smartphones, and job management softwareA customer-first attitude and a desire to keep learning and growing in the tradeWorking Conditions & Physical DemandsPrioritize safety at all times and follow OSHA guidelines and company safety policiesRegularly required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands, hear, and speak clearlyMust be able to climb ladders, navigate tight crawl spaces, and work in varying temperaturesAbility to routinely lift and move items weighing 50+ lbsWork will include indoor and outdoor environments throughout all seasons #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
