Job Description Overview Our client is seeking a Buyer to support procurement operations in a growing manufacturing environment. This role will focus primarily on indirect materials purchasing, purchase order management, supplier follow-up, and SAP S/4HANA transaction support. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of purchasing experience, strong SAP S/4HANA knowledge, and the ability to work cross‑functionally to ensure materials are delivered on time. Responsibilities Create, process, and manage purchase orders in SAP S/4HANA Monitor open orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, shipments, and receipt of materials Support procurement activities for a variety of indirect materials and services Maintain accurate purchasing records and master data within SAP Assist with invoice, payment, and supplier documentation processes Utilize basic Incoterms knowledge (DDP, FOB, etc.) when managing supplier orders Partner with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to support material availability Support process improvements and day‑to‑day procurement operations We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
