Inputs from customer: Here is a list of buzzwords that I look for in resumes and other additional information. Many times candidates with TPF/zTPF experience have applications programmer experience and not systems programmer experience. We need systems programmer for these positions. In the details below, I say "x " years, "y " years, or "z " years of experience and they'd normally be in the 15-20 year range. I've stopped putting numbers in to these requirements to prevent excluding someone with 5-10 years that would still be a great fit for our customer needs. Weekend and evening/night hours are also required to support scheduled change implementations.
