Lead Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Location: Torrance, CA Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Lead Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join the Care Management Team at our award-winning medical center in Torrance, CA. This role supports both inpatients and outpatients by conducting psychosocial assessments, offering counseling, and coordinating referrals in collaboration with medical staff.
