Outpatient Clinical Supervisor

Responsibilities Del Amo Behavioral Health System, a subsidiary of UHS, provides comprehensive treatment for children, adolescents, adults, seniors and the military. Our multidisciplinary team provides customized treatment programs and mental health evaluations for individualized care. Del Amo Behavioral Health System offers a wide range of options, including inpatient, outpatient and specialty programs for military personnel and those who deal with trauma. This Outpatient Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing supervision and guidance to the social work staff. Assist in developing unit goals, objectives and standards of performance, as well as developing, coordinating and implementing clinical and program activities. The Clinical Supervisor ensures the social work staff meets compliance with legal and regulatory compliance and standards which promote optimum health care delivery. The Clinical Supervisor also coordinates performance improvement activities and addresses deficiencies. The Clinical Supervisor position will be housed out of the Carson Outpatient Facility, located at 16920 Avalon Blvd, Carson CA 90746.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in social work required.
• Licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) required.
• Minimum two (2) years as a lead social worker or its equivalency.
