CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Onsite
We are looking for a motivated Customer Success Specialist to manage customer orders, provide outstanding service, support sales activities, and resolve customer issues. Strong outbound calling experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders from purchase order through delivery.
- Respond to customer questions, complaints, returns, and order issues.
- Make 20+ outbound calls daily to follow up on quotes and generate business.
- Monitor backorders and delayed shipments and communicate updates to customers.
- Support the Sales Team with lead generation and customer follow-up.
- Ensure orders and quotes are entered accurately and timely.
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay knowledgeable about company products, services, and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous outbound calling and customer service experience required.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook .
- Strong computer skills; CRM experience preferred.
- NetSuite experience is a plus.
- Comfortable spending significant time on the phone and working at a computer.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
