Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks an experienced Supply Chain Transformation Project Manager to lead strategic improvement initiatives across the Filtration and Separation Division. The role involves optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes, enhancing ERP systems, and driving data-driven decision-making across planning, manufacturing, procurement, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic end-to-end supply chain improvement initiatives across planning, inventory, sourcing, and operations
- Drive ERP process optimization and governance across Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP, and Advanced Planning systems
- Develop analytics dashboards and KPI reporting for global supply chain performance visibility
- Identify supply risks and lead structured mitigation strategies to strengthen continuity
- Coach planners and cross-functional partners to strengthen problem-solving and planning capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field
- 7+ years progressive experience in supply chain, planning, manufacturing, or operations
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional supply chain improvement initiatives
- Hands-on experience with MRP processes, ERP governance, master data, and advanced planning systems
- Proficiency with ERP platforms such as Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP, or comparable systems
- Advanced analytical skills with Excel and complex dataset management
- Strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder management abilities
