About The Role Art Angels is looking for an experienced, relationship-driven sales professional to help us grow our art management business. This is a senior sales role for someone who enjoys meeting people, opening doors, finding opportunities, and winning new business. You’ll work directly with company leadership and have a lot of freedom to build relationships and pursue opportunities that make sense for Art Angels. Art Angels has a strong base of past and inactive clients to re-engage, while giving this person the freedom to pursue new markets, uncover opportunities, and build relationships that lead to new business. There is no set geographic territory. If you see an opportunity, have a relationship, or know a market where Art Angels can make an impact, we want you to pursue it. Where We See Opportunity Healthcare and health systems Hotels and hospitality groups Multifamily and apartment developers Banks, wealth management and financial services Fortune 500 and other major corporate organizations Architecture and design firms Furniture dealers and other strategic partners What You'll Do Develop new client relationships and generate profitable new business. Reconnect with past and inactive Art Angels clients and uncover new opportunities. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline. Identify companies, decisionmakers and projects that are a good fit for Art Angels. Use your network, referrals, events, introductions, email and direct outreach to open doors. Build relationships with senior decisionmakers and influencers. Take opportunities from the first conversation through presentation, proposal and close. Develop relationships with designers, architects, developers, brokers, furniture dealers and other partners who can bring opportunities to Art Angels. Look for new markets and opportunities where Art Angels can grow. Work closely with the Art Angels team to put together the right solution for each client. Represent Art Angels at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has a proven track record of success in B2B sales and new business. Is a natural relationship builder and enjoys meeting people. Has an established professional network. Particularly in healthcare, hospitality, financial services, multifamily, commercial real estate, design, architecture or major corporate organizations. Is comfortable talking with executives and decisionmakers. Knows how to find opportunities rather than waiting for leads to come in. Is motivated, independent and entrepreneurial. Is a strong communicator and presenter. A team player to work with a team that leads with trust. Is competitive, persistent and genuinely enjoys selling. 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience is preferred. Experience in commercial design, real estate, hospitality, healthcare, furniture or a related industry is a plus, but it’s not required.
