WhatYouWillBeDoing: TheDirectorwillberesponsibleforbuildingandmaintainingclientrelationshipswhileidentifying,pursuingandclosingsalesforTransPerfect’sentiresuiteofservices.Theindividualshouldhaveexperienceinconsultativesaleswithanemphasisonsalesorconsultingdirectlytoindustryfirmsandcorporations. Responsibilities: Developprospectiveclientsthroughseveralstrategiesincludinginternetresearch,tradeshowlists,referrals,variousprofessionaldirectoriesandpersonalinvestigation Sourceandclosenewclientsthroughreferrals,coldcalling,networking,andothermeans(tradeshows,regionalorganizations,etc.) Cultivateandmaintainlongtermrelationshipswithclientsbydeliveringeliteclientserviceandengagingthembyusingknowledgeofeachindustryandorganization Formulatesalesplantoachievemonthly,quarterly,andannualsalestargets Generatedailyoutreacheffortstoprospectiveclients Buildaproductivepipelineandmanageeachphaseofthesalesprocess Developprojectbudgetsandcreateproposals UnderstandandarticulateTransPerfect’sfulllineofbusinessofferings,capabilities,benefits,andcompetitiveadvantages,andidentifyandreferopportunitieswithineachoftheseareastospecialistsalesandclientserviceteamstoclose Setandmanageclientexpectationswhileconsultingwitheachclientforbestpractices Manageandcontrolpricingandcontractualissues Travel(includingmultipleannualconferences,clientmeetings)-domesticand/orinternational Salary Transparency Compensation range: $70,000 - $90,000 Additional earnings: Eligible to earn commission Benefits: Health insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, other voluntary benefits WhoWeAreLookingFor: ExcellentwrittenandverbalEnglishcommunicationskills MinimumBachelor'sdegreeorequivalent Atleast6-10yearsofsalesexperienceinenterprisesales Provensaleslifecycleexperience-leadgenerationthroughbusinessclosing Proventrackrecordinachievingsalestarget Excellentproblemsolvingandanalyticalskills Establishedcapabilitiesmanagingcomplex,multi-stakeholdersalescycles #J-18808-Ljbffr TransPerfect Inc
