General Manager opportunities with Chili's Bar and Grill! 4 locations on Oahu!

A Chili’s Hawaii General Manager has an earning potential of well over $100,000 with us and participate in an aggressive Quarterly Bonus Plan.

 

The General Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and quality of the operation by creating an environment where the team can WOW every guest. The General Manager position brings innovative ideas with goals to continuously improve the guest experience through exceptional food, service, and hospitality. The General Manager upholds and exemplifies the values and standards of our brand - Chilis Hawaii. We are a proud franchisee of Brinker International. We have tremendous opportunity for growth focusing on the Hawaii Market.

 

We are looking for a General Manager with:

• Bachelors’ degree or equivalent specializing in Business Management / Hospitality or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of similar work experience including previous experience as a General Manager in a Casual dining establishment. Specialized training in management preferred
• In depth knowledge of culinary quality standards.
• Compliant with Health & Safety Standards.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, financials, and control systems.
• Food Safety Manager Certification required.
• Clearly respond to guests and employees.
• Proven track record of selecting, training, and retention of key performers.
