In this unarmed role, you will remain visible, support access awareness, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule Saturday: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM; Sunday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out assigned security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and communicating observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and support site protocols for deliveries, escorts, and/or restricted areas. Complete required reports, logs, and incident documentation while maintaining professionalism and assisting with customer service‑related needs across the location. Minimum Requirements Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
