Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.57 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Tue11:00 AM - 07:00 PM Fri07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sat07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and document security‑related concerns according to site guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, surrounding property, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior. Monitor entrances, exits, high‑traffic areas, and/or receiving locations to help deter theft‑related activity, policy violations, and other security‑related issues. Communicate with store leadership, employees, and/or local responders regarding incidents, suspicious activity, and customer service concerns at the location. Minimum Requirements Customer service experience is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. A state, county, and/or city issued security license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
