They solve problems and help customers feel safe and comfortable. As a Service Technician, you'll manage your own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships. Training pay is $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour + Uncapped Sales Incentives. Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver\'s license Bonus points: Experience in route sales, account management, or customer service. Physical requirements Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
