Landscape Construction Foreman - Installation

We're hiring a Foreman to lead crews on landscape installation jobs including grading, patios, walls, and plantings on homes and businesses.What you'll do:Lead your crew on installs: grading, excavation, pavers, retaining walls, and plantingsRead blueprints and plan out materials, equipment, and project phasesRun heavy equipment skid steers, dingoes, excavators, paver vacuums, sawsTalk with clients on-site and adjust plans in the field as neededMake sure your crew has what they need to get the job doneTrain new team members and set the tone for a safe, productive job siteSolve problems in the field to keep projects on trackTrack materials, paperwork, and schedulesWhat you need:At least 3 years in landscape installation pavers, retaining walls, grading, plantingsStrong leadership skills, comfortable teaching others while staying hands-onClass C license (or willing to get one); CDL a plusConfident reading blueprints and planning site layoutSharp eye for detail and clean, professional workStrong communication with your team, clients, and consultantsOrganized able to manage tools, paperwork, materials, schedulesDependable, proactive problem-solverAble to lift 80 lbs and work outside in all weatherWhat you get:Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysEmployee discount at the Garden CenterProfessional development and trainingDiscounted phone plans for you and familyStructured onboarding, whether you're experienced or new to the industryGreen View is an equal opportunity employer.
