The ideal candidate will have at least 3 or more years of manual machining experience.What can you expect from us?A comprehensive employee benefits package effective day one, including health, dental, and vision insurance, company paid life, supplement life, company paid short and long-term disability insurance, AD&D critical illness and accident insurance401K plan with an employer matchDiscretionary bonusesPaid time off (PTO)9 Paid holidaysTuition reimbursement & training opportunitiesEmployee recognition programEmployee safety equipment/tool purchase programEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Knowledge of machines, tools and their maintenanceAbility to interpret blueprints, setup sheets and work ticketsUploading and downloading programs into the CNC equipment based on detailed specificationsSetting up the CNC equipment with the correct tooling and parts to perform the jobCollaborate with engineers, supervisors, programmers and other team membersInspecting and maintaining equipmentEnsure conformance to specifications using precision instrumentsSet up, adjust, and operate all of the basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools to perform precision machining operationsKnowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of goodsPerform Preventive Maintenance of CNC EquipmentRequirements:3 – 5 Years Experience as a CNC Machinist PreferredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physically active work.Willingness to cross-train and adapt to shifting priorities.Strong time management and organizational skills.Strong planning and documentation skills, detail focused.Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven production environment.Ability to perform mathematical calculations including converting fractions to decimalsMicrowave Techniques is an equal opportunity employer.
