Maintenance Technician - Industrial Equipment & Robotics$24-$26+/hr DOE | Full-Time | Long-Term OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a high-volume manufacturing facility with advanced equipment, automation, and robotics. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong industrial maintenance experience who enjoys troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and working with modern manufacturing technology.Responsibilities:Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment, machinery, and automated systemsTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issuesSupport production teams by minimizing equipment downtimeRead and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentationDocument repairs and maintenance activitiesAssist with continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiativesQualifications:2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experienceStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience with hydraulics and pneumaticsAbility to read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawingsExperience working with automated equipment, robotics, or production machinery is highly preferredTechnical training, certifications, or related education are a plusSchedule: This position starts on a daytime schedule for training and onboarding before transitioning to an afternoon/evening shift:Weeks 1-2: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMWeeks 3-4: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PMWeek 5 and beyond: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PMThis schedule allows for hands-on training with the team before moving into the regular shift.This is a great opportunity to join a growing manufacturing operation, work with modern equipment and robotics, and build a long-term career with potential for permanent employment.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Riviera Beach, FL.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
