Role summary: As the Manager of Learning and Development in Data Ventures Customer Success you will design and deliver the experiences that shape how new and growing associates learn connect and become effective in their roles. Youll own the content the programs and the facilitation that bring onboarding and ongoing development to lifebuilding from scratch where needed improving what already exists and always raising the bar on quality. Youll make an impact by

• Designing and delivering the new hire onboarding experience for associates across our US Canada and Mexico teamsbuilding programs that dont just orient people but genuinely prepare them to contribute.
• Owning our learning content library: creating new materials maintaining what exists and continuously improving quality and coverage as our products platforms and processes evolve.
• Adapting and localizing learning programs for different markets ensuring our Canadian and Mexican teams receive the same quality experience as our US teams even when the context and needs differ.

Minimum Qualifications Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed there are no minimum qualifications. Bachelors degree in Education Instructional Design Business Communications or a related field AND 2 years experience in learning and development instructional design corporate training or a related area OR 4 years experience in learning and development instructional design corporate training or a related area. A plus if you also Speak Spanish have worked in retail merchandising or a supplier-facing role or have hands-on experience with an enterprise content management platform. None of these are requiredbut any of them will help you move faster and go further in this role.

The annual salary range for this position is $80000.00 - $155000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
