If so, apply today!As a Registered Nurse, you'll contribute to our success in the following ways:Assess patients' physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs and incorporate findings into the Plan of Care.Complete initial evaluations and reassess nursing needs during follow-up visits based on patient, family, and facility needs.Monitor patient condition and promptly communicate significant changes, concerns, or safety issues to the physician and care team.Update the Plan of Care as patient needs change and coordinate revisions with the appropriate care team members.Educate and support patients, families, caregivers, and facility staff on the Plan of Care, hospice philosophy, and pain and symptom management.Collaborate with the Medical Director, attending physician, branch leadership, facility staff, and interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care.What is Required?Current State license as a Registered Nurse.Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.Ability to handle multiple priorities, documentation requirements, and deadlinesAbility to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipmentMust possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.Experience in hospice or home health environment is preferredWhat's in it for you?Comprehensive insurance plans for medical, dental, and vision benefits including pet insurance401(K) with employer matchTuition reimbursement for full-time staff and continuing education opportunities for all employees at no costPaid time off, paid holidays, family, and pet bereavementFleet vehicle program (restrictions apply) or mileage reimbursement.Equal Employment Opportunity: We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and comply with state and federal affirmative action requirements.
