Shipping Clerk - Temp - $18/hr - Charlotte,NC The Role
We are seeking a Shipping Clerk to manage outgoing shipments, verify order accuracy, prepare merchandise for transport, and ensure timely delivery through carrier coordination and accurate inventory tracking.
What You Will Be Doing
- Inspect, pack, weigh, and label outgoing orders securely according to pick tickets and carrier specifications.
- Create shipping labels, bills of lading (BOL), packing lists, and customs forms using shipping software (UPS, FedEx, ShipStation).
- Update ERP/WMS databases in real-time to maintain precise stock records and report discrepancies.
What You Will Bring
- 1+ years of shipping experience
- HS Diplomas or GED
- Computer skills, word and excel
- Computer shipping platform experience preferred
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $18.00 Per Hour
