What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies that support business goals, employee engagement, and organizational initiatives.
• Partner with leadership teams to plan and deliver key announcements, change management communications, and employee updates.
• Manage internal communication platforms, including intranet content strategy, design, and updates.
• Evaluate and recommend new communication channels to improve employee reach and engagement.
• Support a culture of inclusion while maintaining strong communication standards and internal processes.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED. 
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a content creator for internal messaging (email, mtg) and marketing materials for IT projects.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the creation of PowerPoint slides using images, clear and concise content, and graphs.

What Sets You Apart:

• Autonomous, self-driven project member who collaborates well.
• Communication skills, both written and verbal, translating technical terms into user-friendly messaging. 
• Have good PowerPoint skills in creating professional, clear, concise content using graphs, images, and other creative means to communicate data.
