Job Description Collaborate with other Scrum leads and project execution leaders to align agile practices across teams. Promote requirement gathering, documentation and quality assurance discipline within the Infrastructure, End User Experience, and Operations Services teams. Monitor team capacity and ensure resources are aligned appropriately across priorities. Prefer 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow, particularly with request management, dashboards, and agile modules. Demonstrated ability to manage sprint ceremonies and backlog health. Proven ability to coach and enable agile teams. Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills. Working knowledge of Infrastructure, End User Experience, and Operations products Familiarity with the insurance industry and its operational dynamics. Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements. Ability to influence and align stakeholders around priorities. Ability to manage competing demands and ensure Infrastructure, End User Experience, and Operations teams are focused on the highest-value work.
