We are expanding our litigation team and are looking for a skilled, courtroom-confident attorney ready to step into a high-impact role.

The Opportunity

This is a hybrid role based out of our Fort Lauderdale office (2–3 days per week on-site), ideal for an immigration litigation attorney who wants the structure of office collaboration alongside the flexibility of remote work. You'll lead complex removal defense proceedings, develop strategic litigation approaches, and represent clients at some of the highest-stakes moments of their lives.

What You'll Do

• Represent clients before Immigration Court (EOIR) and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA)
• Handle master calendar hearings, individual hearings, and complex removal defense cases
• Draft motions, appeals, legal briefs, and comprehensive supporting documentation
• Develop and execute litigation strategies on complex immigration matters
• Prepare clients and witnesses thoroughly for hearings and testimony

What We're Looking For

• Active license and good standing with a U.S. State Bar (required)
• 2+ years of immigration litigation experience, including removal defense proceedings (required)
• Proven experience appearing before Immigration Court (EOIR)
• Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and case strategy skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume litigation docket with precision
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Haitian Creole) preferred but not required
