Family Practice Physician

If you are passionate about medicine and want the opportunity to work 8 to 5, , then we are the practice for you! Responsibilities Obtain health history and perform physical examinations. Review and address HEIDIS and Plan of Care plans Diagnose and direct counseling for each patient on a plan for treatment. Prescribe medication in accordance with Florida statute and professional practice guidelines. Perform minor surgical procedures. Arrange referrals for patients requiring services not offered. Review incoming reports (e.g. lab, x-ray, EKG) sign, date, and follow-up in a timely manner.
